On our search for a new vehicle of our growing family, we were interested in Volkswagen options. We walked in late on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted by Todd who enthusiastically listened to our wants and needs then showed us various options. We left that day feeling knowledgeable about our options & were relieved to not feel pressure to make a decision on the spot. We reached out to Todd with follow up questions on Monday and he gave us even more info. We went to the dealership that evening to finalize our decision and begin paperwork on our new vehicle. We are so pleased with our purchase and how it meets our current and future needs. We felt comfortable and not pressured throughout the process and Todd was a delight to work with! We felt that we got a great deal and were excited to leave with our new car. Highly recommend Todd and the Molle crew!

I drove down from Omaha because Molle prices were way better. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. This was the first time I have left a car dealership and didn’t feel like I got screwed over. They had a good inventory and were very knowledgeable about their cars. My salesman was Todd and he was very accommodating and friendly. It was a quick and easy purchase. No games or gimmicks. No “let me go talk to my manager” and then standing and a counter for 20 minutes wasting time. I would absolutely give them my business again.

The team at Molle - Eric -> Todd -> Kevin all did a fantastic job helping me get my new vehicle. I'm from Omaha and made the trip to KC. Not only did I get a better price on my Atlas at Molle, but the service was 10/10. Bonus, they got me a nicer vehicle for a better price than what Omaha was offering me. The reason I expanded my search to KC was because I was not getting the customer service that I felt that I deserved in Omaha. Basically, there was major lack of communication and I NEEDED a new vehicle, as I had recently totaled mine. Eric was SO quick to initiate contact and then answered every single one of my questions in a timely manner. I sent a question through their website late on Friday and Eric called me first thing Saturday morning. Once we had nailed down specifics and I was ready to move forward, he connected me with Todd. The process from start to finish took less time than the time I wasted in one day trying to get answers at a major dealership in Omaha. Todd offered to pick me up at Enterprise in KC so I could seamlessly drop off my rental. He texted me the Enterprise address before I even had to ask. Upon arrival at Molle, Kevin had the paperwork ready to go. Literally. And the vehicle was detailed and ready to go as well. They did not try to sell me on unnecessary extras either, which was so refreshing. Kevin, your food recommendation was great as well :) For a small staff at a busy dealership, these guys know what they are doing!
